Olawale obtained HND in Estate Management (Upper Credit Division) in 2007 from Yaba College of Technology and BSc in Estate Management from Lead City University, Ibadan and a MSc in Project Management from the University of Roehampton, United Kingdom in 2020.

He is an Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and fully registered with the Estate Surveyor and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria, with Seal no A04747. He is also a member of international Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

He has a over Fifteen years of working experience in the real estate consultancy sector spanning: Estate Agency, Property Management, facilities Management, Title Procurement from land registries across various states and FCT and Valuations and Advisory Services.

He has attended numerous courses and trainings both home and abroad to bolster his knowledge and capacity to deliver real estate solutions and value to clients.
